Our Nightly Rate:
Rates are for 2 people staying in the condo:

Low season; May 1st through December 14:

$115 per night

High season; December 15th through April 30:

$125 per night

An additional $10 per person per night charged thereafter for a maximum of 4 people

Government Room Tax of $5.50 per person per night is also added

Reservations

To book a reservation a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $125 per week is required and must be made at time of booking. We cannot hold a reservation without a deposit. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
